Teaching Method

Our Teaching Philosophy

The focus in our school is to encourage communication and every activity focuses on developing the four skills of language learning. All students who study with Student Campus are provided with a course book for their level.
Our teachers have a wealth of knowledge and experience and are excited to apply this to their lessons while helping students achieve their objectives. They will guide you through the book using a variety of methodologies and activities to ensure that you feel confident using the target language.

Teachers incorporate Irish culture into their lessons so you can learn more and immerse yourself into your new home! Classes also go on short excursions to locations around the city. These outings are linked to the topic of the unit to help students get a true experience of the language.
Classes have weekly tests to assess student progress and this allows you to identify areas in which you need to improve. Teachers and the DoS are available to discuss progress and set achievable goals

Class room

1. Each class is limited to no more than 15 students, allowing teachers to fully understand each student's learning style and needs. This enables truly personalized instruction tailored to support individual progress.
2. A small-class environment encourages greater interaction and participation. With a more relaxed and supportive atmosphere, students are more willing to ask questions and express themselves, improving both their speaking skills and self-confidence. It creates a setting where everyone is engaged and every voice is heard.

Break Area

The break and activity area offers students a warm, comfortable environment where they can relax, recharge, and engage in meaningful social interaction. In the fast-paced rhythm of academic life, this inviting space helps students relieve stress, reset their mindset, and return to class with renewed focus.

Break Area

More than just a place to rest, it serves as a hub for communication and connection. In a relaxed atmosphere, students are encouraged to talk, share, and build friendships—enhancing their social skills and sense of belonging. The welcoming environment also fosters creativity and self-expression, contributing to a more balanced and positive learning experience.

Computer lab

Our fully equipped computer lab is open to students free of charge, providing strong support for research, assignments, and creative projects. Whether writing reports, practicing coding, or working on multimedia tasks, students can work efficiently while enhancing digital skills and expanding their learning experience.

Levels: How does it work?

The students take a 12-week course (at least) and can move up if they get their teachers recommendation plus progress test (after 6 units) with more than 75% in all parts, speaking, grammar, writing, listening and reading.

Cycles Calendar

The academic calendar is based on a 12-week cycle studying system, for both classes. With every change of cycle, you will also change teachers, so you have the opportunity to experience different accents and styles of teaching.
